    Sales Development Representative


    • Cold-call prospecting to nurture potential clients to create net new opportunities. Permanently improve call process, guidelines and scripts based on customer feedback;
    • Handling requests and contact potential customers coming from marketing campaigns or sales initiatives and establish meetings;
    • Send marketing related assets to potential customers as part of the lead qualification process and respond to high level questions;
    • Cleaning / improving database contact information and profiling (desk research on the Internet, specialized sites, LinkedIn groups and other social media channels, data base providers, etc.);
    • Keep a clear record of calls with detailed information.


    • Proven track record in identifying business opportunities and generating new leads via the telephone;
    • Experience of using social media tools and relevant computer programs (CRM, telephone systems);
    • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection;
    • 2 years’ experience as tele sales/customer service role.
