Responsibilities
- Cold-call prospecting to nurture potential clients to create net new opportunities. Permanently improve call process, guidelines and scripts based on customer feedback;
- Handling requests and contact potential customers coming from marketing campaigns or sales initiatives and establish meetings;
- Send marketing related assets to potential customers as part of the lead qualification process and respond to high level questions;
- Cleaning / improving database contact information and profiling (desk research on the Internet, specialized sites, LinkedIn groups and other social media channels, data base providers, etc.);
- Keep a clear record of calls with detailed information.
Requirements
- Proven track record in identifying business opportunities and generating new leads via the telephone;
- Experience of using social media tools and relevant computer programs (CRM, telephone systems);
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection;
- 2 years’ experience as tele sales/customer service role.
