    Growth Marketing Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Develop the digital marketing strategy to support the financial goals;
    • Supervise all revenue channels to generate leads via affiliate marketing, pay-per-click campaigns, link exchange, banner exchange, display network or other digital marketing techniques;
    • Build Ideal Customer Profile and calibrate messages according to customer needs;
    • Convert website traffic through calls to action and landing pages;
    • Provides specific support for all digital communication – newsletters, direct mailings, digital campaigns, blog posts, landing pages, podcasts, webinars;
    • Use specific tools to track conversion rates and optimize digital campaigns to maximize ROI [GDN, Analytics, Semrush, Moz, ZoomInfo, Hotjar, Hubspot, etc];
    • Collaborate with specialized third parties to provide SEO/Performance marketing;
    • Manage the digital marketing budget.

    Requirements

    • Experience in managing digital/inbound marketing agencies;
    • 3+ years of relevant B2B tech experience (digital marketing, SEO, Performance Marketing, Affiliate Marketing).
